In HCM City, rare transactions for office spaces exceeding 10,000 sq.m in recent years increased to three in the first quarter of this year, according to Knight Frank Vietnam
Though the COVID-19 pandemic has cast a shadow over the global economy, the HCM City office space market has not been badly affected this year, according to property consultancy companies.
Real estate advisor Savills Viet Nam on Oct 23 launched Workthere, a website listing platform and brokerage service that helps businesses find flexible, coworking and serviced office space.
The demand for rented office space in Ha Noi increased sharply in the
second quarter of this year, pointing to a gradual recovery of the
domestic economy, said property experts.
